The Keynote speaker for MACSC 2020 is Mr. Tim P. Bottorff, CSP, CIT, a thought leader in risk management, safety, and human performance. A veteran marine who started his career fighting oil fires in Operation Desert Storm, Tim is the owner of Total Safety Compliance, a practice focused on providing safety consulting, training, and auditing for construction and other industries. Tim is currently the Region II Vice President for ASSP, lectures for Central Washington University, and is a Senior Consultant with the SafeStart team. Tim was awarded the society wide Safety Professional of the Year in 2018 from the American Society of Safety Professionals (ASSP) and received the coveted Distinguished Service to Safety Award (DSSA) from the National Safety Council (NSC). Tim is the author of the books Safety Health and Security in Wastewater Systems and the Core of Four, a valuable resource mapping out tools and techniques for getting around roadblocks to great human performance. All MACSC 2020 attendees will receive a complimentary copy of Core of Four.

Implementation: Learn how to use telemedicine to manage recordables, what are the tools and best practices for monitoring silica in real time, and how to use hazard analyses to close the gap between work as imagined and work as done
