Dear Colleague,
My name is Kolie Eko and I am carrying out a study as part of my PhD program at The University of Iowa. This study aims to understand the role of health and safety professionals as a result of global trade in North America. As a good response rate from health and safety professionals is critical to the success of my study, I hope that you will consider taking this short, 10-minute online survey.
To be eligible to participate, you must self-identify as a United States citizen who is currently working as a health and safety professional in at least one North American country (Mexico, Canada, or the United States). Your participation is completely voluntary, and your answers will be kept confidential. The survey is administered in English.
If you are interested in participating in the study, please click on the provided Qualtrics survey link to answer the questions: https://uiowa.qualtrics.com/jfe/form/SV_2bksUyC3Tz6t32S.
I appreciate your time and consideration. Should you have any questions, please contact me at kolie-eko@uiowa.edu.
Sincerely,
Kalyani (Kolie) Eko, CSP, MPH
