Abstract:

Safety Data Sheets (SDS) are a key part of chemical safety, but they are often misunderstood or misused. This session will explain what SDSs are, what they are not, and how to use them effectively in the workplace. Attendees will learn how to find important information on an SDS, understand its limitations, and apply it to everyday safety and hazard communication decisions.
