Join us this Memorial Day weekend on the 5K Memorial Ruck for Mental Health Awareness

This Memorial Day Weekend, the Northern Virginia Chapter of ASSP invites you to lace up your boots (or sneakers) and take part in a 5K Memorial Ruck at the National Museum of the Marine Corps.  Together, we’ll honor those we’ve lost, raise awareness for mental health, and stand united to Stop Soldier Suicide.

Every step you take helps carry the message that no one marches alone.  Bring your team, your family, and your determination — and help us make a difference for those who serve and sacrifice.  Let’s walk with purpose, remembrance, and hope.
